As per the rules of Government of Maharashtra the welfare facilities are provided to the teaching and non-teaching staff e.g. EPF, reimbursement of medical expenditure, DCPS, NPS and gratuity. Besides that various leaves are granted to the staff. Employees cooperative Credit Society for the employee of Shri Swami Vivekanand Shikshan Sanstha, Kolhapur Sanshta also helps teaching and non-teaching staff for financial support. Accidental Insurance Scheme instituted by Shivaji University to the staff is implemented in the college. Further, advance salary facility is provided to newly appointed and needy teaching and nonteaching staff. Facilities such as Canteen, Gymnasium, sports are available in the campus for staff. The College encourages teaching and non-teaching staff to improve their educational qualification and sanctions leaves for the same. Time Flexibility is given for non-teaching staff in case they are pursuing higher studies. Uniforms are distributed to the Non-teaching staff and their washing allowance is paid. Friendly visits and greetings on the occasion of functions of the individual are given.
